Have a car loan with them. Can’t seem to make payments online without paying an extra fee. Individual in charge of my account, is not helpful and clearly has issues reading email. So far, not a good experience

Nothing is ever automatic or easy at this bank. Nothing they mail to me ever seems to get to my mailbox. I have to go in person after my debit card expires to get a new one every time. I had to call them and fight with them to get the title of my car months after it was paid off. My husband and my parents have had similar experiences too so it’s not just me. This is the worst bank I’ve ever used.
