I had the pleasure of working with Jordan Love from Primis to obtain a mortgage. I was working with another lending company that approved me for a mortgage 6 months prior to my house being completed. When it was time to close on the house this other lender wasn't prepared. He was scrambling last minute and treated my Realtor and myself like trash. The day of closing he was just verifying my employment. This of course caused my closing date to be moved numerous times and in the process my daughter and I were literally homeless for over 2 weeks from the games this lender was playing. Not to mention my closing cost went up over $5,000. In stepped Jordan with Primis Mortgage. He called me after 7 PM on a Thursday evening. I was approved by the next morning and he had me at the closing table within 7 days. Something the other lender couldn't accomplish in 6 months. Jordan listened to me and gave expert advice. He checked on me through out the process and was open and up-front. There were no hidden punch lines or nonsense. His team worked hard and delivered. Primis actually reduced what my monthly mortgage payment by over $300 from what the other company quoted me. I was able to get a better interest rate despite the current rise in the market. He was able to get a saler's credit which greatly reduced my closing cost fees. I received extraordinary service and there are no words in the English language to describe how amazing Jordan and his company are. I'm a home owner and loving my new house thanks to this awesome man.
