Seriously want to shout this from the f'in rooftops. F SEATTLE CREDIT UNION!!!!!!! Scammed me out of hundreds of dollars with their gap insurance. I financed it for several years, and now they refuse to give me a dime of that money back despite having that loan paid off by another institution for my new car. That is literally an extra 4 years of gap insure that I PAID FOR, that just goes straight to lining their pockets. I've literally been in tears every single time I've talked to them on the phone. You can't even change your due date for loans without filling out a paper form???? AVOID THIS CREDIT UNION AT ALL COSTS! This account im using right now isn't my real name, so don't bother saying this is a fake review or attempting to contact me.

I've been banking with SCU for about 6 years now and out of the gate was told there was an online service that was necessary for me and came to find that wasn't available after I switched. My account has been locked out multiple times and bill pay locked out multiple times for accidental reasons. There is only one phone number available so everything filter through the same place which makes long wait times every time. Their automated system is very poor and challenging to use and impossible to get a real person. Wait times are really long!! Looking for another bank
