  I dealt with 2 loan officers before I found Steve. Both previous were always late to respond to calls/emails and sometimes they would just not respond. On the other hand, Steve made feel like he had nothing else to do but to take care of me and my loan process. he picked up the phone every single time regardless of the time/day. On a couple of occasions where he didn't answer the phone, he would call back within an hour max! He understands the frustration of that home buyers go through, he takes his time to answer questions. I can't say enough good things about Steve. He's a hard worker, super nice, super friendly and he's just good!! Highly recommended !! Thanks Steve!!

  Steve has proved outstanding service on my past mortgages and refis over the past 10 years. Not only did he get me by far the best rate of anywhere else I found but he was incredibly responsive and is such a positive, enjoyable person! He was so patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly with the kind of attentive personal service you rarely see. Steve is the first mortgage broker I have worked with that I felt truly had my best interests at heart. Highly recommend you give him a call given rates are at their all time low right now!

  Steve and his team provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was in constant communication with all parties and explained everything clearly. We would go with him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone. Cant say enough great things about Seattle Mortgage Brokers.
