Met onsite with bank advisor, Omar Ledezma. The process was very easy, he had a great communication skills, and very helpful on guiding me through the steps. Will keep continue doing business with SECU and Omar, 10/10 would recommend him and this branch to friends,family.

SECU just in general has TERRIBLE service overall. They locked one of my cards randomly, so I called immediately. Spent 20 minutes on hold, then decided to do the call back service because of the wait time. They never called back, so I had to send them a message through my account. Sharnette kept sending me the same useless copy and paste message the past 2 days and wouldn’t answer any questions or help out at all. Decided to call back and waited almost an hour for customer service, and when I’m finally connected to an agent, they immediately transfer me to another line. So now I have to wait another hour to speak to customer service. I don’t recommend SECU at all.
