      SECU closed my account without letting me know. They have a very slow process on loans. I cannot get approved for any loan products (credit cards and loans) so there’s no point of putting any money in here. I’ve found other better credit unions that are willing to have my business.

      Needed to make a deposit after work. The scanner for the door DOES NOT WORK. Hopefully there isn't anything that was placed to steal my card information. Because I swiped many times trying to get access

      Hi Bryanna, I'm sorry you were not able to head inside at the time you arrived. At this location, our lobby and ATM do close at 5pm, and those hours are listed on our website and on the door of the financial center. We do have a 24-hour ATM at our branch at 301 W. Preston St. less than one mile away from this location. Hope this helps! -Linda
