      Dare I say...my refinance experience was super enjoyable!? James made everything so easy! He explained every step in detail, sent timely and explanatory emails (that even included videos to help explain the process!) and answered all of my questions every step of the way via phone and email. James is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the world of finance and seemed very proud of the work he does helping others save money. He got me a GREAT low interest rate and I paid nothing out of pocket! The process was super quick and painless. A notary even came out to my home to complete the closing! No headache, no stress and now my monthly mortgage is hundreds of dollars less thanks to James and his team! I will absolutely be referring James and Secured Funding to anyone looking for a low interest rate and to save money on their new home purchase or refinance!

      My boyfriend and I had started the daunting process of purchasing our 1st home in December 2017. We found a realtor relatively quickly but I was nervous about finding a lender because we had been misled by a BB&T lender who took our information, ran our credit and took too long to follow up with us. Our realtor April Love Raimond suggested we connected with James Walls with Secured Funding Corporation. We told him about our unfortunate mishap with the previous lender and immediately got to work on a house we wanted to put an offer on. James was thorough, precise and he always kept in contact with us via text/email if there were any changes to our loan and gave us phenomenal advice even after we closed! Most importantly he was also so patient with me when I asked him probably 20 million questions about the process! I couldn't recommend a better loan officer. James will always be straightforward with you and get the best deal. Thanks again James !
