      Do not trust chinor. He is the worst mortgage broker I have ever worked with. He delayed my closing by two months and still couldn’t close. Even after giving me a “mortgage commitment”. He then wouldn’t pay me back $820 for the appraisal that he charged me although he “guarantees” to pay it back if he can’t close. He doesn’t answer my calls anymore. Do not recommend, he over promises and cannot deliver. And do not give him money, he will not pay back.
