Not very impressed by the staff we dealt with. Did a home inspection for a client, with payment coming from escrow. Initially, the staff could not find the escrow paperwork, and told us we must be wanting it from a different location. Then they found the paperwork. We invoiced for our services, and they mailed the check to a completely different location, with our business name wrong, even though our invoice clearly stated both. And, they claimed to have "lost" the invoice, but " found it" after we sent them a second invoice. And finally, when they overnighted our check, it still had the wrong business name and the wrong business address for us. How do you confuse Overland park with Wichita, anyway? I'm not getting a real comfortable feeling that these folks pay attention to the details!
