      Avoid at all costs!!! They didn’t have it together on closing day and tried adding extra expense onto us. They kept more than enough needed to pay our taxes and never did. They held onto our money for almost a year until we brought it to their attention. They then knowingly gave our tax collector over $600 extra, of our money, which we still cannot get back. Even the president of the company wasn’t helpful or even responsive. Total thieves!!!

      Late with providing total dollars needed at closing, tried to increase the amount due at closing, and held several thousands of dollars in escrow to pay tax bill...which they never paid and was charged late penalties from the county and school district. Reached out multiple times to have this corrected and ask how this happened, and even offered additional touch points in their process to help others not experience the same issues. Never received a response, even when escalated to the President, Dee. Would not recommend.
