Don't accept checks or money orders drawn on these banks. Our businesses will not. We received a money order from one of their customers, issued by Security Bank, for payment for materials we sell. Having had problems in the past the customer got a money order, I called Sharon at the Winsted location, she checked with others and confirmed that there would be no fee and no issues cashing the money order at any of their locations. However when I stopped by their Chaska location Alex Hoese she said there would be a $20 charge, even after I showed her my notes from my conversation with Sharon. After waiting 20 minutes Alex agreed to cash the money order but said that Security Bank would no longer honor checks or money orders we get, drawn on their bank.

My debit card was not working while I was on vacation. I called seriously 7 times as I had no access to cash. Each time was I was advised try again it was reset no it did not work. Was told after time 6 they would call debit card company. Now 7 days later on Friday night still no access to cash. I have been with this bank 28 years they have zero customer service. I just had a 9 day vacation with no cash. Will moving saving ASAP to have access to cash.
