      So, I recently became employed by Security Federal bank. This is my training location for March 2018. I stopped by to check out the location. They were unaware as to who I was until I informed them. From my initial contact with the employees the Tellers were very kind and as soon as I walked in they greeted me and made me feel absolutely welcome! The Assistant teller was very kind as well and the branch manager was very polite and very enthusiastic about his job he obviously loves his job and customers. I also met the CSR (Customer Service Representative) He was extremely kind and very helpful. As a CSR you have to know your customers and know what they want and their needs. He offered me help for when I start there for training. Overall this branch and the staff is absolutely terrific!
