  My mom borrowed 415$ and they called her saying she needs to pay 65$ by Thursday and when she came by on Thursday she had to pay 215$! By may she had to pay 845$. This isn't fair for her cause she doesn't get her check ever so often.

  This so called tax preparer charged my Daughter over $300 Dollars to prepare a 1040 ez tax return .... in years past I filed it for free .. This year she thought she would try this group ... needless to say this Single Mother that receives no outside help, no childsupport even though she is supposed to, works 2 jobs ,has once again been abused by people she put her trust in .... Who didnt even have the courtesy of telling her the many times she has called in the past month to check to see if it was in ,since we knew that it had been sent a whole month ago ,on February 15 ,that they would be taking her whole state check plus extra fees for preparing her taxes... $ 300.oo dollars for doing what should be free in her tax bracket !!!! Run don't walk from this dishonest unscrupulous so called Tax Preparation ... And tell everyone you know that this is a place that puts themselves first ,customers last or no place at all ... This is unreal that they can get away with their schemes ... this is not bashing ,this unfortunately is the truth ... I repeat $300.00 to do a return that can be done for free 😟😳😡
