I was attended by Ana and her staff they were very courteous and attended me right away I was able to pay off my loan. Previous personnel had horrendous customer service as soon as I walked in I felt welcomed.

When I went to get a loan, and one of the staff, named Linda. was very disrespectful not professional at all, she wouldn't let me speak without her interrupting. Immediately hang up the call, and made me feel very bad, she works for a loan company, she's supposed to give loans and it seem as if she didn't want to give it. not to mention she made feel bad about my credit. she wasn't serious about her job. after, I left and opened a loan in another company.
