  description: My name is Monica Evans and I was referred to Marcell's office by Regional finance. I called marcell yesterday and explained the schedule I run and asked if I can call the next day on my lunch to begin an application. I called 8 times today between 11a and 12p and received no answer. When I finally spoke to marcell he explained that he and his employees were on lunch while their phones were being worked on and no one was there except the phone techs. He apologized and scheduled for me to come by while I ran work errands and we could do the app. I called at 230p to let him know I was on the way and was told he was on an 1hr lunch AGAIN! I told marcell that I would work with his employees and get said no he will personally take care of me. He called me at about 330p to tell me that I can come down for the app process. Well I came and guess what when I called to tell him that I was outside, he was gone AGAIN! what type of business is being ran? I altered my work day to deal with only marcell per his request and I get screwed around. I will never so any business with this company. Remember 1st impressions are everything and a manager who is hardly present in his office is bad for business. The young ladies were so sweet trying to cover for him but this is not how business is conducted. Now ive called back on tuesday 3-23 to try and apply and this time marcell had me on hold for 10 minutes. I called back and told him why i was calling and he hung up saying he cant help. That man doesn't need a job there. He is rude and disrespectful

  Marcel is amazing. He is always willing to help. He has helped me out so much and I am so thankful. The staff is very friendly and always go the extra mile to help you.
