      My husband and I wanted to give a big THANK YOU...to Jamie Baker The Office Manager at the Lenoir City location. Not only was she amazing at making us feel welcome and comfortable on our visits there, she also went above and beyond our expectations in Customer Service. Not to mention all the multi-tasking she pulled off while we were there!! We couldnt ask for a better experience and we will definitely be referring all our friends there. All because of her. Thanks again Jamie!!!!

      I have had a recurring loan here for nearly 10 years. I love dealing with Debbie over the years. They are great people and actually care about the customers who aren't trying to hoodwink them. I can't recommend them enough. Go see Debbie and let her get you the cash you need.

      When Robin was there this place was amazing, but when new management came it went downhill. I will NEVER do business here EVER again, no matter the bind I am in. I paid my account off over 2 months ago ( and another one), they never reported it to the credit bureaus, and told me that I can call them and dispute it with them. That is NOT my place. They should be able to do that like they are suppose to. Another company the same week has their closed and paid off. This is now hurting me. Then when I call to mention it, I get hung up by Debbie Brown, whom I am reporting to Corporate office. I am actually reporting this whole office there. They are rude, and they do NOT report your stuff on a timely manner, and when it is closed they still it linger and you get points hit. I would NOT recommend this place for your loan service needs.
