      Security Finance denied a loan to a homelss disabled autistic man because his disability check is less than what is asked for, theres 12 months in a year and 1000 is completely payable in that time frame, they should feel ashamed of themselves.! P.S. Good riddance.

      So this Jason decides to call and leave me a voicemail, that was inaudible. I call to see why they called and he proceeds to cop an attitude about me listening to my voicemail... UMMMM NOO YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS CALLING ME.... I dont have any accounts with this company. Maybe verify the references your given. Or maybe if someone calls ask for their phone number or name to look it up. Not just listen to your voicemail, and I talk to 1000 people a day. Use some intelligence to solve the problem as to not have future calls to receive or make.

      Been a customer for sometime time now, I have always recommend the place to friends and family, but today was very upsetting. My sister (who speaks broken English but is getting better by the day) was turned down for a loan because she wasn’t not “fluent enough” for the girls that work at the W. Mason location, Even tho I was present to help translate, and they allowed us to fill out the application, they ran her credit, and called her references, Becca, the manager decided NOT to “approve” her because she didn’t feel that we could “understand” the terms and condition. Jodi W. Took the time to interact with my sister and even spoke a couple of words in Spanish to make us feel comfortable during the application process, but the Manager did NOT seem to care. I’m truly disappointed that they have no type of protocol of a situations like this one.
