  Seriously guys? Margarita is a nice person. She always helps me and so does Leah if I spelled that correct. If you have issues with them as people go in face to face and talk to them. They do alot for me and even if you are late a day or two they work with you. So I have to give them both good ratings!

  This branch has two very rude employees. They were great with my first loan, always willing to accommodate my work schedule. Although with my second loan it was like a light switch flipped. They are no longer willing to even somewhat accommodate my work schedule. Then after being told they could call me in two weeks for another payment before 830am or after 5pm, they proceeded to try and call at 10am. When I did not answer due to being at work, they then proceeded to call my employer and a reference. After this happened it took me over two weeks to get a supervisor’s number to complain about the situation. When I finally received Brandy’s number, their supervisor, she was no assistance to me. All I was told was they followed policy, which I don’t understand because they did not. We supposedly had a call set up for 10am for payment, but why would I purposefully set a meeting up for a time I know I’m unavailable. Mind you I remember telling them when the actual time was set that if they called between 830am and 530pm I would be unavailable, so they had told me they would call me at 530pm for payment. Finally I recommend going anywhere but here, they are not there to help you unless it benefits them personally. Worst customer service I have received, as I have gotten nasty tones from both Lee and Margarita. If I could I would give 0 star, as they do not even deserve 1 star. Definitely will be reaching out to corporate about the situation (you can find the number online for anyone who needs it).

  If I could give them a zero I'd do so. Unprofessional workers there this place has gone down hill. They tell you they will help . Then they change their minds and same goes for them returning your phone calls. This place is a complete joke.
