      They want all details when they have a copy of credit report. Ask a bunch of questions on how I paid the rent. How long I lived in Brownsville. Asked me why I didn't pay an online loan. You see the credit report deny me if I don't qualify. I am not giving you details, when you have the credit report. The worst customer service learn how to talk to people . They can see I have other loans I paid on time she went over every detail of my credit report then asked me like if I am child about each one.

      Would not recommend. They hound daily with calls and home visits right after you cash a check and before first bill is even due. I've never dealt with a loan place that bothers so much before your first bill is even due! Let us miss a payment at least before you harass people.
