  I had a phone conversation with 2 employees there because I was trying to get off the pre approval list. Not only were the rude but also seemed to feel like it was a bother to even pick up the phone. I didn't even want their services. They solicited to me yet I get the mast attitude. Very unprofessional and discourteous.

  These individuals are very rude and unprofessional, I think that the females that work at this office obviously hate their lives and can't get a better job due to their lack of customer service skills and education. I understand that they have a job to do as far as collecting payments but if I am out of town or the country I can't fulfill this task until I come home. These females are like IRS agents harassing and threatening people, calling on weekends and even after hours. They talk to you as if you are 2nd class citizens with no education, but I am very educated and I for one refuse to be bullied and belittled. If you can borrow from any other loan companies, I'd advise that you do so because these people are con-artists anyway. The only reason I rated them 1 star is because there was no option to give them a half star. I can't stand unprofessional establishments such as this one right here! These females need to go back to college and get a career because their 9-5 /basic job has them uptight.
