      I had tried contacting multiple banks trying to exchange currency before I leave for Japan. My own bank doesn't do exchanges and almost every bank in town that does do exchanges refused to help because I was not a member. I was so worried and stressed out that I wouldn't be able to find anywhere to get an exchange, but I contacted Security First Bank and despite not being a member, they were more than happy to help. Not only did they exchange my currency for me, they were able to do it over night with a very low fee. When I was there they offered me coffee and were all around extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this bank even just for how proffessional and yet incredibly kind they were. I'm so happy I contacted them. I'd highly recommend becoming a member here and might even look into it myself if I return from Japan. 10/10
