      I joined to create a local history as my main account is with a different credit union. The level of service at this location is dismal. Most of the time, I tried to drive to San Benito. I had the account just over a year, and it’s been one disappointment after another. Their car refinancing does not match or beat your current rate. Their credit tiers and rates are no better than branded banks. Unless you already have the perfect credit score, this union can serve no other purpose. I went in to close the account and there were absolutely no questions.... Until I brought it up. This is not a member oriented credit union.

      Poor customer service, takes a long time to answer phone. Claims that you don't have insurance even though your insurance company sends the info every month and then they charge you more
