      This insurance agency is outstanding in services! I was very happy to find Tabitha Heene at this agency. Her expertise as a seasoned licensed insurance professional evidences she expends the effort necessary to find great product for your needs. It is a very user friendly company with experienced agents who support each other; there is always a friendly voice answering phones lines willing to assist you upon need. I found them to be far superior in comparison to several other agencies in Florida I had became frustrated with who surprisingly didn't seem to know their insurance industry products well enough. Security First are highly skilled, very knowledgeable licensed agents who really know their business and put forth terrific customer service! You will be very pleased with Tabitha Heene's excellent service as she goes above and beyond to educate you while she's putting a great policy together for you. I highly recommend this insurance agency and in particular Tabitha Heene, she's the best!

She took the time to explain all the different coverages and was always quick to respond to my calls and emails. I greatly appreciate that and, as a result, Security First won.
