      The loan department gives horrible service. Will not answer questions, very hard to get a call or email back, they transfer you to voicemail and no one returns the call. Almost lost a property due to them not handling the loan properly. Went to First United down the road and it went extremely smoothly, definitely look around before dealing with SFNB.
