Generally Security National Bank does well for me, but this particular branch is definitely the least acceptable bank for them in Sioux City. Wife generally deposits payments into my account to pay bills- on 3 separate occasions, they have incorrectly deposited the check amount, typically by a few cents. Most of the time, it was due to them just rounding to the nearest dollar. On another visit, was coming to deposit an insurance premium refund check (I sold the car, and got a $27 refund on my premium). The teller refused to allow me to deposit the check, which had been endorsed by myself and my wife, claiming that both of us had to be on the my Security National Bank account. Due to past issues (they have done this a few times over the years), I didn't even try and fight it and just went to another branch.
