  Do NOT use this bank if you are expecting reasonable customer service. I attempted to send an international wire. I was done before the cut-off deadline of 1pm. I was called to come back to the bank (from home) not once, not twice, but three times over the course of the day because they couldn't seem to get my wire straight. The third time I was asked to sit and wait in the lobby while they confirmed that they would be able to send my wire - because I don't have anything better to do on a business day. At any other bank I am able to send a wire using the website - without requiring a trip to the bank, but not SSFCU. I have been a customer for 30 years - since the bank was Geneva Steel Credit Union - but after today I am not coming back.
