On July 2, 2022, I signed in at the 6907 N Loop 1604 Branch to terminate/cash out my CDs. However, Joseph fully explained the new CD rates and other member services that would enhance my financial portfolio. I was completely impressed with Joseph's knowledge and exceptional customer service! Just wanted management to know of this "Super Star".
