  Shout out to the Castroville branch.Y nephew wanted to fill out the Donate a backpack with supplies slip on his own and Cristina was patient with him and helped him spell out, and was still patient when he wanted to rewrite it. Then when he went to place his donation Cody was patient with him and gave him a receipt when he asked if he could get one. Great branch, treating all members equally regardless of age.

  I just went into security service with my boyfriend and Cody was the teller. He displayed remarkable customer service as we were greeted with a friendly and welcoming smile. Cody was genuine and made us feel like a priority at security service. Cody was very honest and patient, answering any all questions my boyfriend had. He made sure our overall experience was pleasant and definitely provided customer service that makes us happy to be members at this credit union! From the moment we walked in, to the moment we walked out we felt welcomed and a sense of safety knowing Cody works where we bank.
