      I withdrew cash from their ATM and was short $60. I called to address the issue, and was treated very poorly by the administrator. She was rude and unhelpful. I have used the ATM for years now and have paid at least $60 in ATM fees. I will have to use another, less convenient ATM to withdraw cash. I would not trust my money with this bank.

      Prior to joining Security State Bank & Trust, I had banked with Bank of America for as long as I can remember. I was nervous to make the switch, but I was looking for a bank with better customer service and a bank that was closer to home. It didn’t take me long to realize that the grass was greener at Security State Bank & Trust. Their employees are extremely helpful and everything is taken care of quickly. If you live in Spicewood, I would highly recommend this bank. It’s local and they pride themselves on great customer service.
