      I am a local real estate investor for 15+ years and I have never had such a HORRIBLE closing experience as I did with Security Title in Clayton office. I would not even give them 1 star they suck that badly. Not only did they ignore my Notice of Intent to sell that I filed when I was suppose to but then they started requesting more and more documents that were not necessary even requesting additional documents on closing day and then did not even fund closing day, again requesting more new documents on the day after closing and then required me to sign an indemnity agreement for me taking responsibility for their title insurance and beyond that sent me a revised closing statement charging me $500 for their "lien waiver review" after both the buyer and seller have already closed. Totally ethically wrong but was holding funding money hostage until they received their updated documents. Forget about me , the seller, in this transaction I CAN'T BELIEVE they do this to their clients, the buyers. WHY would you ever want to be a client of a company like this EVER? Stay Away investors. Go to another company to get your deals closed.
