      Impossible to transfer money into my account. Terrible customer service over the phone. Terrible rates, don't value customers, they make everything difficult. The banking app and website are horrible compared to the competition.

      The worst bank ever. Business, products, and service are unsatisfactory. I don't know how they are even in business. I cannot find no benefit banking with Securityplus. They make everything difficult. I transferred all of my loans to another credit union who gave me a much better rate and operate like professionals. If you are considering Securityplus, 3 words of advise, Don't Do It.
