      Isabel Fausto stands out of all the people I've dealt with in all my years of banking. She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. Due to an error I made, I came up short but she was understanding and helped me get it corrected. You can tell she's a person who truly cares about you as an individual. Honestly, I feel like she's family to my husband and me! Before the pandemic, we looked forward to going by SecurTrust FCU and would find any excuse just to see Isabel and say hello!
