No longer a "live" branch, but video teller is super easy to use, you are still talking to a live person and during open hours are able to do anything you would do at a branch. This includes cashing checks. It also functions as an ATM when closed.

There is no longer a representative on site there is only an automated ATM that also has the ability to video chat with an employee during business hours. The ATM also allows you to withdraw fives 20s and 50s which is convenient. I only have been to this new location once and had no issue but I have been to another location where there was at least one manager there in case the ATM had an issue and I needed an actual person to speak with.

This location is no longer a branch. It is now just an ATM that also says Video Teller. So much for having a nice convenient branch nearby with extended hours and Sunday hours.
