      This bank is unlike any other that I have visited here in Bend or when I lived in CA. The service is always immediate and friendly. Yesterday was another example. Lea greated me as soon as I came through the door. I asked for my balance which was pulled up in a flash and then requested a Cashiers Check. Trenna who usually helps me said “hi” from her desk. I was out and back to my car in less than 5min. Always an easy experience with great customer service. Thank you Trenna and Lea for the best professional service. You both are terrific!

      They are not as pleasant as they pretend to be, especially with their business ethics and practices. I would recommend any other credit union besides this one
