  I was in the market for a new motorcycle and had spoke with a few banks about financing. My credit was a little slow due to recovering from a Divorce, and was told to try next year. Smith Brothers told me to go see Johnnie Watson at Select Seven , I walked in, Johnnie met me at the door and welcomed me in and we discussed what I was wanting to do. Johnnie went to work and with in minutes He explained the terms and said your approved and go pick out my new bike. Great bank great people. Johnnie Watson and Select Seven have won me over to a new way of Banking, it’s about service and customer appreciation. I look forward to more banking needs with them..

  Awful experience today with that idiot loan guy today 6/22/22 this morning. He was extremely rude. The office was supposed to open at 9am and me and a couple other people were waiting until almost 1030 am before someone got back. The staff did not not even apologize for being late. When I was applying for a car loan the loan guy was very rude with me. He Did the paperwork and said the interest rate was going to be 14 percent. That's a rip off. Very unfriendly people. I went to knoxville tva credit union in Kingsport tn and they were extremely nice. Waited on me when I walked in the door. The people were very professional and nice. The loan officer done a wonderful job getting me a very low interest rate and a good monthly payment. If u need a car loan go to knoxville tva credit union in Kingsport tn. Do NOT GO TO SELECT 7 IN KINGSPORT TN. I BELIEVE THE PLACE IS A SCAM.
