They do a lot of great work in the community and are there to help people in need. They have great interest rates on their savings accounts compared to other banks/credit unions and have really good credit building products.

Former TFCU and was given misleading & false information. ALL SELF HELP C U HV ACCESS TO TFCU ACCT. NOT NECESSARILY TO DRIVE TO ANOTHER BRANCH LOCATION FOR ASSISTANCE. **Lost a customer due to these changes & poor services.

Not too impressed so far. When I opened a new checking account, they never even asked me if I wanted checks. They just ignored that aspect of it. I WAS able to open a savings account online, but their process for checking accounts is sadly inadequate. I had to look up the routing information and account number myself and order checks from Walmart. They seem to be disorganized and lackadaisical in their business practices. I'd look elsewhere, if I were you. I'm pretty much done with them. I cant even use the app to deposit money into checking. It says something about registration disabled and doesn't tell you anything about how to rectify the problem
