  Opened an account today. They were nice and helpful when I called first. They set up a time for me to come through the drive through due to coronavirus regulations. When I arrived I gave them the information needed and within 20 minutes I was done and had a bank account. They also gave my little girls some lolipops. I had a nice experience and was pleased with customer service. I hope this helps others in need of a bank account.

  Yes very rude people there!! I'm removing my account quick!!! The youngest working there need to be retrained!! She has no clue what she is doing and I won't recommend them to no one!! I've tried to support but I can't anymore!! Need some customer services training bad!!!

  Just to add to the Comments Of People That Are Irritated or Disappointed with Having To Deal With The Credit Union Never Answering The Phones. Its Certainly An Inconvenience But I Will Suggest FLCCU Members Call More Than One Location To Get To A Live Person. Do I Like It? No, But I was Pretty Determined Fo Get My Issue Resolved. I Find That The Main Branch In Charlotte Answers With No Hesitation. Going In Person May Help, Also. So Far I Am Very Pleased With Becoming A Member, Signing up Did Use A Little Elbow Grease As Some Of The Papers Were Repetitive But After Sign-up was Completed, Everything Went Smoothly. I Had Used One Of The Salisbury Locations And One Of The Tellers, Tea [pronounced Tia] was Very Kind, Accomodating And Knowledgable. It Wasnt Too Busy Inside Of The Location And It Doesnt Take Up Valuable Time. When You Sign Up Be Sure To Bring A Utility Bill With Your Name On It, Your DL And SSN Card.
