  Good morning! If you have some specific ideas for how we can improve, we'd love to hear them -- you can email [email protected] with comments. We do offer "old fashioned" service at our branches because we think the personal touch is important -- but we also offer mobile and online banking options for members. True, we'll never match larger financial institutions in tech offerings or number of branches -- but we also invest our capital (and our members' deposits) back into local communities through loans to families, businesses and nonprofits and in real estate development projects. In any event, we want people to pick a financial services provider that's the best fit for them -- even if that's not Self-Help Credit Union. Thanks for your comment.

  Thanks very much for your feedback, Eric If our branch hours aren't convenient for you, there are a few other options that might be helpful. Our online banking, mobile app, and audio banking systems are available 24/7, and we also participate in CO-OP shared ATMs and branches that are available nationwide.
