      Worst customer service ever. My husband has an account there and when we go there is the most uncomfortable situation ever. Non friendly too obvious that they hate anybody that walks inside there/Bad energy and all.

      We are extremely sorry to hear about this, and even more sorry to disappoint a member. Due to COVID-19 our in-branch staff and member access to the lobby is limited. We take feedback to heart and actively work to make sure every member has a positive experience.

      Horrible experience. Horrible bank. Horrible staff. Can’t get ahold of any one at the local branches. Won’t return emails. Rude staff in the Biggs office. Don’t do business here. Literally any other bank is better than Self Help.
