      I was very impressed with the way they could help me. The are very sweet and very nice to work with. Got my new debit card really fast. I'm very happy with this credit union.

      I've been going here for a long time, and often times it could be very inconvenient, but ever since they reopened this branch after they closed since the initial lockdown it's much much worse. The new tellers are rude and untrained. They don't know how to attend customers and give off the attitude that they have better things to do.

      I am a member of a Federal Credit Union without branches on the west coast, and this location provides "shared branch" services through Co-Op Network. Except, for some asinine reason, on Saturdays. For those of us that have better things to do on a Saturday morning than to drive from Salida only to be told "our network is down on Saturdays" without mention on Self Help's website is frustrating.
