      The beginning of the loan process was easy. However, the last three months I paid above and beyond in order to pay off the loan. Paid off the loan in March 2021. I’ve been waiting for months for the title every time I call I get different misleading information. I do not recommend South helpFederal credit Union. I have been weekly calling to try to get more information. Every time I called the DMV the DMV has no record of my title being released. Waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting… Please release my title

      This bank has made so many mistakes gave me wrong account number then called to ask my balance and said I had 3000 dollars in my bak which had 3 dollars in my bank I was eating on a deposit got excited thinking my money had already came in to pay my bills I am gonna get another bank because so many mistakes I am disappointed
