  They do not respond to requests for feedback through their own website at all. Also on the site there are no details for an international payment to a client who has an account with them and issued an invoice. Complete disregard.

  Absolutely terrible place to deal with. They block payments on your debit card with even asking you and when you try to fix it YOU CANT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE!!! All the numbers they have listed say they are closed and they don’t have an emergency number for EMERGENCIES!!!! I left the above review back in December and let’s fast forward to today February 1 2022 and once again this communist bank has caused trouble for me. I tried to put a deposit down on my hotel for our upcoming vacation and they blocked it!!!!! Why? Well I tried calling and after a heated discussion with the lady who answered my call she hung up on me so I can’t answer the why!!! There is no excuse for them to block peoples transactions. If fraud occurs, well then do your job and deal with it. They want to trick you into thinking they do these things to protect you from fraud but in fact they are just lazy and it’s easier for them to just keep hitting the “ block” button instead of letting people use their money. It’s our money!! We work for it!!! We should be able to spend it when we want and how we want and not have to jump through hoops and get permission from the bank in order to spend it. So not only did they mess up my wife’s Christmas present they now caused me to lose my hotel room and the price I had locked in because they refused to release MY MONEY!!! Not THIER MONEY BUT MY MONEY!!!!

  Thank you. We apologize for the trouble you had. Our transaction verification department attempts to contact cardholders via phone call within a few minutes to check flagged transactions. After-hours Visa phone contact info may be found in the "contact-us" section on our home page as well as on our phone system's after-hours auto-attendant dialogue. We are working on ways to make that information more easily noticeable to individuals in similar situations. Upcoming enhancements to our debit card system will allow members to opt in to receive immediate text communications similar to our Visa credit card transaction verification system. Protecting our members from fraud is a priority for us which at times may result in a delay or denial of a specific transaction. We are committed to eliminating any inconvenience to our members while we work to protect their interests.
