      Mark made our first time buying a home a breeze. Getting money down and paper work is a pain regardless but what an awsome experience so far. Me and my wife couldn't be happier, we are in contract now with a great loan and fixed apr. Just purchased a 2nd home with Mark at Seminole money tree and the experience was amazing. Lower interest rate than last time. Never lost contact from the last deal with him. 10/10 experience both times.

      Best place to get a mortgage with in town. Very fast friendly and extremely reliable. This was my second mortgage with them and Louis delivered and was always ahead of the game to ensure closing occurred on time. In fact he helped us close early. Louis is the best. I would highly recommend Seminole Moneytree to anyone.

      Just closed on our new house and could not be more thankful to Louis and Carol. Louis went above and beyond any expectations I had when dealing with a broker, from answering my calls quickly and being very responsive to providing an answer to all my questions (and there were a lot). Carol was very quick to inform me of any additional information needed and the quickest way to resolve them. Any one looking for a good honest and hard working group this is it!!
