      Moved to Florida from out of state. First closing I had with Seminole Title went great. The second one not so much. I have used dozens of title companies to close on over 28 houses in the last 10 years and this has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a title company. I will not be using or recommending Seminole Title in the future!
