      Completely unprofessional!!! After several mistakes and after being presented with the documentation, Nick Senella is incapable of dealing with the mistake like a professional. Quite the opposite: he calls you names! Not sure how they are still in business but you take a risk in using them as you likely will not be insured properly! Everyone there is inept and is untrustworthy.

      Horrible customer service. Get the answering machine every time. Have to call back multiple times to get a response. When you do get a response they are quite rude. Couldn’t even cancel my policy correctly. Glad I cancelled before I ever had an actual claim to deal with through them.

      Horrible service! I called a month ago to see why my insurance policy went up, no answer an left message. No call back! Then a month a later I decided to switch to another insurance company. I left a message saying I was going to be cancelling on specfic days an they cancelled my car insurance a month to soon! I have been driving around for days with no coverage an they couldnt call me an confirm the days that I was ending my home an auto insurance! The only reason I figured out I was cancelled was because I called head quarters to see what was going on! Very unprofessional!
