We have always had great service at Sentinal Federal Credit Union in Box Elder, the staff are friendly and polite! Trudi has always been there for us, for all our financial needs! We can't thank her enough for all she has done for us in the past and the present!! Thank you Trudi Paulsen!!!!!

Worst bank ever. Fees on top of fees and they don't care about the customer. They are just as money hungry as a big bank. Don't fall for the "credit union" part of the name. I've lost so much money in overdraft fees due to the bank app messing up or just negligence. Save yourself the money and trouble. They will also frequently claim they "tried to call you" to fix a mobile deposit issue even though you have no missed calls or voicemails. Worst. Bank. Ever.

I love the branch on Radar Hill Rd. I like the experience of the people know who I am. It's the small town bank feeling. I hope you aren't thinking about closing it. I live in Box Elder and enjoy the fact that I don't have thho go into Rapid City to do my banking when I need to. It's a great place to bank and I have been with them since they merged with Telco.
