  I spoke with Rob, seemed like a nice guy after I explained my mortgage was in forbearance and they had reported me as late. He suddenly was like just take the other financing company deal. My rate will be a lot higher etc. Then I told him I need that in writing as an approval so I could submit to a lawyer he said it wouldn’t help my case. I didn’t realize he was a lawyer to. Today, I received a message from his associate Lori who was extremely rude asking why I am not returning her calls very harassing manner. Finally, she responded back and said “My apologies, I just read the note from Rob you are in default of your mortgage, merry Christmas” extremely condescending response that made me write this review today. I found a much better and understanding company who accepted my letter from the lawyer after reviewing my perfect payment history on everything that I own and make payments on. I never actually did a deal with this company but after how they respond, and ignore you I would never do business with them. Also, I would never wrote this review if Lori wasn’t so condescending. Last time I checked we are in a pandemic and clients are having a tougher time than usual. Doesn’t mean they aren’t going to pay their bills. Glad my company out of Harrisburg actually will work with us and a much better rate to. Sentra Funding is a joke.....

  Sentra was not aware of his mortgage issues until after we had already sent for credit considerations. Had this been disclosed at the onset of the conversations we would have passed on his file from the onset. There is little we can do when a client believes themselves in forbearance or deferred payment but whose CREDIT REPORTS says they are not making their mortgage payment currently. Mr. Horn was never ignored except for his request to get Sentra Funding involved in his ongoing litigation with his mortgage company. Once he told us he had a local guy ready to fund we recommended he take the offer. Getting reminded he had been declined did not sit well with the applicant, and I understand that his feelings were hurt. We will effort to do better in the future.

  10/10 would recommend! These guys are no joke, just as advertised (which is impossible to find these days). They were able to consolidate several bad debts AND provide additional capital. Five stars across the board.
