  Over $3000 was stolen from my account. I filed a dispute on the same day of this happening. Nearly two weeks later, I’ve been getting next to no help. I’ve had to wade through ludicrously long wait times over the phone, and in person, to simply check on the progress of the dispute. The service representatives seemed just as clueless as me. They either told me there was little they could do, or gave me empty promises. If you link up with this bank, they will do little to assist you when things get bad.

  Went in today to open a business account. Was given incorrect information as to the classification of my business and told that they would not open the account for me. They classified my business as a money service business. I am not a money service business. I don't sell any sort of currency or exchange currency or sell money orders. I own a collection agency. As soon as I said that I could see the look of horror on the woman's face behind the desk. She ran off tapped something on the computer and came back over and said we're sorry but your type of business is considered a money service business and we don't open accounts for that type of business. When I tried to explain that I was not a money service business they simply said sorry can't help you. All you have to do is go online and check the federal government's definition of a money service business. Don't lump my business into a category where it does not belong. Anyway I went down the street and open my account with another bank. $10,000 initial deposit lost with easily $25,000 per month in deposits moving forward. If you're looking for a business-friendly bank this is not the place you want to go.
