      I have been a member for over 13 yrs. I love the credit union. My only 2 complaints is the location in Keene, it is suicide pulling out onto winchester street its impossible to make a left hand turn so you have to turn right, go down the road pull into a business on the left side of the street to change direction, and the lack of service credit union ATM locations. I wish they had a couple satellite spaces like they have in walmart in Concord and other NH towns.

      I recently got car financing through this credit union at the dealership. I have been trying to reach them ever since, 10 days ago. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach a person at this bank! I supposedly have a loan with them but have received no communication from them directly. I'm grateful for the financing, but already unhappy with the customer service.

      I recently opened a money market account and had to jump through hoops for about a week. This sounds like a terrible experience, and for the most part it WAS super frustrating. However, Sarah Dumont from the Keene branch changed it all around. Although she could not fix the problem herself, she followed through with contacting the right people and got back to me as soon as she found out anything, as promised. Just feeling like she cared about my frustrations from the past week made everything better. (I had spoken to SO many SCU employees) Thank you, Sarah
