Did not realize this branch moved but did business here for many years and was always treated great. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Now I'm using Hinsdale branch and just as happy. They have the best CD rates around. Tried another credit union when I moved and was very disappointed with service and rates.... Finally went back to SCU and now happy again.

Trying to contact the bank and have not been able to talk to a person. I get an automated message and if wanted to talk to an agent, there were 53 calls ahead of me!! No customer service.
